Ms. Annen started at Heartland Health Services in 2007 and has worked in both office management and project management roles. Previously her experience included customer service, office management, release of information specialist, and software applications instructor. Mary is trained as a Lean Agent and has trained all Heartland Health Services on Lean concepts and methodologies. As Project Manager 2, Mary has led two capital expansion projects and multiple process improvement projects for HHS. She also coordinates federal grant applications.
