Heartland Health Services is an FTCA deemed facility. Heartland Health Services is a Federally Qualified Health Clinic (FQHC) providing access to high-quality, affordable, comprehensive primary health care for the community. Services are provided regardless of age, race, color, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or ability to pay.
